SERA is an engineering company working in partnership with varied customers: it is brought to adapt itself to a wide track of technical requirements or methods of work. It implies:

a pluridisciplinarity of its staff, always called to study or develop new products and to implement new techniques;
a constant technology watch-out at the level of the concepts subjected to fast evolutions because often closely linked to the circles of the competition and / or the research and development;
the acceptance of schedules often overloaded because it is necessary to face the delays or demands not foreseen by the customer;
a self-checking of the quality of the work made;

SERA has a MAQ (Manuel of Insurance Quality) which aims at describing the general provisions taken by SERA to obtain and insure the quality of products and services supplied. It is of use as support to the staff of the company as well as official authorities and customers.

The management of projects is entrusted to the project managers (overseen by the executive committee) who name a person in charge of quality asked to design and to implement all the quality procedures and to check their good functioning. He is in charge of drawing up a plan of insurance quality specific to the project if the customer asks for it.
